Last weekend we had the pleasure of shooting the #SalzmotoBonny with the lovely Laura Heidenreich, who is herself a Chicago area motorcycle rider. Salzmoto resident photographer, Juan Hernandez, had reached out to moto stylist extraordinaire, Cat Pham, and Cat connected us with Laura as well as pulled together some great items to use in the shoot. Motoworks Chicago also supplied us with a gorgeous Bell 500 Classic helmet, which we used for part of the shoot.

Having Laura come work with us was an absolute pleasure. Her enthusiasm for the project and riding ability made her a great match for the Bonneville. For me, I love that we found someone who isn’t simply a pretty face, but a woman with a genuine interest in motorcycles, riding and two-wheeled adventure. Here’s hoping she’s available for future projects as well.

A handful of the photos have been shared on social media, and I’m sharing them again here, but keep an eye out over at Moto Lady, because Alicia reached out to us on Instagram asking if she could feature Laura and our shoot. Stay tuned for that profile on Laura and more photos, and keep your eyes open in Chicago for Laura streaking by in a blur on her Suzuki.

As always, credit and thanks go out to Juan for his skills behind the camera, to Laura for making herself available, and to Cat for connecting those dots.
